United Bank Of India [UBI] — Upi transaction failed but money deducted

My name is minakshi basu my ubi ac no[protected]... My registered mobile number [protected]... I made a transaction on 06/08/2020 via bhim (*99#)... Amount of rs 1500/-... Bhim upi transaction id no[protected] on 12:35 pm... This amount has been debited from my account but reciever didnt receive the amount...
I also lodge a complain in bhim, complain no[protected]
So this transaction was failed but money deducted so pls refund my money
