For last 1 year, I am using Gwave wifi connection .Initially it was giving good service but now it is becoming pathetic day by day. Every morning there would be continouous disconnection. Now days Internet would be down for hours. I am working in IT industry and due to pandemic working from home. I do have regular office calls. My kids Schooling is online. I am wondering how should I cope up with this Gwave connection issue... Can this be escalated to Higher management. Was this information helpful? |
