Unity Hyundai — Cheating

I bought an i10 grand in the month of January. The dealing person from Unity Hyundai was 'Greety'. We settled on a discounted amount and also I exchanged my 'Santro' against it. I deposited the initial amount and the rest was paid as bank loan. At the time of delivery she started asking for some extra money which I refused to pay. Then Mr.Vishu(AGM) called and settled the matter and told me to send the car for number plates and I did the same. But when my driver reached the showroom 'Greety' refused to put number plates on the car.She was pretty rude to my driver. I tried to contact Mr.Vishu but he did not receive my calls as a result I had to call my driver back. I still have not received my number plates and the RC. I also told them that I wanted to buy a 'Creta'. There was no response . So I bought the Creta from Samara Hyundai in February.
I have been a loyal customer to Hyundai for more than 20 years. Kindly take some action to avoid such creepy acts with other customers.
