Universal Ads Media — regarding my website issues

Hi, I have give 10000 to universaladsmedia for making a website www.scorppharma.com before a 7 months ago and still i cant find the customer care.They said they are the parner of google.is it true? There are so many issues regarding the website one of the is the email they given me and i m using it with my business consumer doesnot working.I have complained to all the numbers i have but no one is responding. What do i need to do? There a re no person is responsible for anything they are just playing with the cunsumer on cost of consumers business. Please do something as i just lost the fight with them.and i am loosing my business as well.
