Universal Cargo Movers And Packers — misleading the customers and wrong commitment

I had very worst experience with universal cargo movers and packers, point of contact name ajay bhosle. I got the contact from just dial.

We had a deal of 4k for a bike transport from pune to dhule. They visited @ our address and too bike and asked us to make full payment (4k) else will cancel the consignment. They said they would drive our bike to thier godown and then pack. I had to call them multiple times just for asking them to share the packed vehicle pics, they turned up after 2 days. Then all of sudden i received invoice of rs.7990, i was shocked to see the double price. I called ajay bhosle, he said it is insurance, packing and local charges.
My concern is they should have told us before itself. It was completely misguide to the customer. We chased 1 day to get our stuff back. There is no godown in nigdi and chakan in pune, its all seem to be fake. After lot of inconvenience, we agreed on rs.1000 cancellation charges and got the refund and our vehicle back.

Please be careful when you make a deal with this service.

Its really pain as they dont pick your call at all.
