I am Ram krishna belongs to chinna gantyada, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam(VIZAG), andhra Pradesh. I want to lodge complaint against Universal Insurance Brokers Services Pvt Ltd Hyderabad . The case was Approx two months ago, I Bought a NOKIA LUMIA 730 Mobile Phone from LOT MOBILES outlet in GAJUWAKA, on 20th nov 14, I lost this phone on 3rd feb 2015 during My travel from gajuwaka to my college for the same I made a Police FIR in gajuwaka ps, For the same I had already informed to Insurance company and within 5-7 Days I had sent all the Original documents required by Him for insurance claim procedure. Now Today after 60 when I checked my claim status in their particular web site I was shocked to see that my claim has been rejected with out any reason even till today they haven't informed me about my claim. I am feeling cheated by insurance company and Mobile Seller Company and looking forward for your support to get my Insurance claim along with Expenses which I had done to process it.
