My name is mahendrasinh gohil i have joined D2C insurance broking Pvt.ltd (renewbuy.com) insurance company limited as an agent few days ago back. I haven't doing any business for that company. Because D2C insurance broking Pvt.ltd (renewbuy) is not proper work his mobile application, customer supported.and so many more issues so I want join other company But my pan number looked up in irdai portal.     Hello sir I have purchased vivo v7 at bigc store and I have done insurance for that mobile on[protected], and I lost my mobile on[protected], for fir and paper work it took 15 days wen fir came I have raised a complaint and they have rejected the claim without proper information, and they have charged full amount, and no proper information about the claim

        I have applied for insurance claim on[protected] vide intimation no-[protected].
        I my self searched status is clearly mentioned that - repudiated.
        After that i went to abids raghavendra towers hyd-01. I request once again them and i give a letter on - 23/08/2017.
        After that i my self searched status is
        Approved (For confirmation on parial loss/total loss, kindly contact us)

        Date: 11/09/2017.
        I called all insurance agent help lines no one is responce to us. All your help lines almost not answered. Totally 3 months completed but still not yet my mobile insurance claim. Its very bad service and very werest service. Finally i hope you people can help us.

          My mobile insurance not received till now, even if it has approved on 18/05/2017, approved amount rs. 2190/-. Meanwhile i done the repair with my own money. The repair charges are 3000/-. (But you are not approved the full repair charges), in this regard i sent all documents including authorized repair center bill receipt and big-c mobiles office documents and our required documents whatever you want.

            Its been 8 month now since my mobile insurance claim is approved but didn't get my money till date (Amount 9421). I have called them more than 20 times but these people are not responding and keep telling lies.

              My mobile damaged on 01/06/2017 and intimation given to lot mobiles at visakhapatnam on 12/06/2017 and they suggested to take estimation from samsung service, immediately we are going to service center and collect the damage estimation then we have sent all the documents i. E. Riginal invoice, claim document, estmation letter and all relevant documents through dtdc courier on 15/06/2017 to universal insurance brokers pvt ltd, hyderabad and it reached on 16/06/17.

              There is no samsung service center in my home town rajam-532 127 srikakulam. We have travel 100 km from rajam to visakhapatnam

              Reason for delay in intimation

              Due unavoidable circumstances (Due to my nearest relative expired in mumbai that is why we are going to mumbai and come to my native place on 11/06/2017
              Due to the above i am unable to intimate immediately. Kindly consider my request and process my cliam

                  Sir,

                  I have made mobile insurance claim intimation number. [protected] and it was approved on 31.01.2017 for an amount of rs.12, 425/- towards mobile damage. On 25.01.2017 the mobile was stolen in bus and again i have claimed for theft of mobile on 27.01.2017 by requesting cancellation of the first claim.

                  But so far no intimation number or not given the revised claim for theft of the mobile bearing ime number: [protected]. As the mobile was stolen there was no possibility to repair the same and the total loss was occurred.

                  So please kindly arrange to approve the revised theft claim or instructed to claim the previous approved amount to take another new mobile.

I have completed last month on 22june2017.but now also not claiming my insurance.because I request you to please take action and give us my benefits

                      We had a mobile insurance for our newly bought mobile phone. Our mobile was lost in November 2016 and the amount was also approved by the company on 22nd December 2016. Till then we have tried many times to contact the company but they always say that the amount will be provided soon. Please look into the matter and take action against them.

                          Opted for policy ([protected]) for my mobile on 24th Jan, 2016.Since 27 Dec, 16 sending them SMS, emails, calls but are not doing needful. They have flimsy excuses not to register claim. Approached their website also but no desired response.You can't reach them as their telephone lines are always busy, Their staff attitude is totally negative.

                          They have been trained to make fool of customers.

                                  My iphone6s is under the insurance policy, i already send all the related documents in mumbai branch for claim procedure but after so many conversation and after one month, i received this mail : we regret to inform you that the insurance company cannot pay compensation in this case due to the following reason :

                                  1) loss reported is caused due to incorrect storage, poor care & maintenance, careless use, incorrect installation, incorrect set – up and neglect which falls outside the scope of policy.
                                  You have mentioned in the claim documents that you had gone for dinner and phone was on the table and by mistake one of the waiter threw water over your phone. It falls outside the scope of policy, as it shows poor care and maintenance.

                                  2) date of purchase of insured equipment varied i. E. Either prior/post, date of insurance, hence breach of policy warranty.


                                  Hence, the claim is not admissible

                                  This is such a unprofessional company, i am facing this problem almost one and half months ago, and they guys are not supporting,

                                  Please suggest what should i take next step for this, should i go consumer court against this fraud policy.

                                  -We received documents on 16 Nov and the pending details on 22 Nov.

                                  -On 24 Nov the Insurance Company decision was shared with you.

                                  The reason of rejection was also shared with you,

                                  1) Loss reported is caused due to incorrect storage, poor care & maintenance, careless use, incorrect installation, incorrect set – up and neglect which falls outside the scope of policy.

                                      Sir somebody theft my apple 5s mobile during the travel from madhurawada to jagadamba junction
                                      I have complained to police then the police gave us non traceability certificate with i lost my mobile i have claimed for insurance in universal insurance brokers pvt limited the company is not giving me the insurance amount because the certificate is showing that i lost my mobile i have talked to police that give me. The certificate that somebody theft my mobile the police are saying that from may onwards they are giving in lost only but the insurance company is not listening to us tell us that get a certificate that in theft form if i don't get the insurance i will be in loss please take my case into your kind consideration that i can get the insurance amount from insurance company

                                      Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I (Kaki Jagadamba) was travelling from Madhurawada to Jagadamba junction in an auto. During the journey, someone theft my apple IPhone 5s mobile with IMEI No [protected] & Mobile No [protected] of IDEA Network. . I lodged a complaint in the local police station. The mobile wasn't traced and was given a non traceable certificate highlighting that I lost my mobile.I Have send the Original Documents to Universal Insurance Brokers Pvt Limited to claim insurence in

                                      Now the "Universal Insurance brokers Private limited." claim got rejected saying the claim would be valid only in case the phone was theft by someone and not if it is lost.

                                      Upon informing the same to the police, they said that from May2016 onwards they were issuing only certificates with a format in lost condition. Now again I went to the insurance firm saying what the police said me that my claim would be valid as it is theft by someone but by the new police norms, they only issue lost certification for mobiles even if they are theft.

                                      Frankly speaking, the certificate issued by the police is sufficient for claiming my insurance but the insurance firm isn't heeding my plea. I have to pay EMI for my mobile till June, 2017. I would incur heavy loss if I didn't get the insurance for my mobile. I'm helpless in this regard and I expect you to intervene and look into my plea at the earliest possible by getting the insurance firm pay my insurance to me.

                                      The mobile bill invoice and the police complaint and photocopy of my identity are also attached.

                                        Intimation no. [protected]

                                        Phone was stolen, sim was blocked, police complaint was registered. All documents submitted to office in hyd. Was told that intimation no. Will be sent via sms in 15 days, no sms was received, when i checked on website with invoice no. And imei, i got to know the intimation no. Never the less when i check the claim status using that no. It says it is declined due to delay in intimating network provider and that police complaint says it was lost/missing. 1# please have some sense, why would a person delay in blocking the sim (For the thief to make calls?) - i had it blocked immediately by calling vodafone customer service and got replacement sim that evening.
                                        2# please check at eseva center, the category they use to register theft complaint is lost/missing only, they don't have theft category. Additionally, police complaint clearly states it was stolen, so i am not sure what else was required here.

                                        I feel that you guys are looking for some lame excuses to decline the claim and are appear to be fraud company. I would like to hear back from you asap about my claim.

At the time of insurance they are promise to customer that he will give us good service and now when problem is actually happen then universal insurance brokers services not response please very very bad service please i request to all customer don't buy universal insurance brokers services
