i have not received the claimed amount even if it approved.

My mobile insurance not received till now, even if it has approved on 18/05/2017, approved amount rs. 2190/-. Meanwhile i done the repair with my own money. The repair charges are 3000/-. (But you are not approved the full repair charges), in this regard i sent all documents including authorized repair center bill receipt and big-c mobiles office documents and our required documents whatever you want.

Theft of mobile - claim regarding

Not registering my claim

Opted for policy ([protected]) for my mobile on 24th Jan, 2016.Since 27 Dec, 16 sending them SMS, emails, calls but are not doing needful. They have flimsy excuses not to register claim. Approached their website also but no desired response.You can't reach them as their telephone lines are always busy, Their staff attitude is totally negative.

They have been trained to make fool of customers....

Not getting claim amount over month
