[Resolved]  Universal Services — Inlet valve

My washing machine had a problem with inlet valve and a technician from ifbcustomer care (In july 2016 end) having ifb id card (Rehan :[protected] (Ajmer in true caller) & his friend santosh :[protected] (Naveen shetty in true caller) replaced the material with a low quality one and charged me rs.2125 by giving a bill from universal service (Co name) (He told me there is a tie up between ifb & universal service). Later i came to know that i am cheated with a low quality product. Now they are not responding to my calls and someone else picks up my calls and acting as if they are not aware of ifb customer care. Many customers are being cheated by universal service in the name of ifb brand. I request you to sort out this problem
