KKP — Related to Phd program 2012

Sir,
I and many student were qualify in UP CET exam in the year2012 and we are waiting for the phd classes and program but Bundalkhand university,Jhansi can't started the classes for some subjects. We asked about that matter but they said that they didn't have any guide in my subject when they didn't have any guide then why they conduct exam for those subject. That CET exam certificate is vailed only for 2 year and now 1 year is over. So I will request you to help as for completing our education. Please help for those student how are waiting for completing there qualification.
