University of Calicut — Delay in Original PG certificate

I have applied for my Pg original certificate on January 11, 2021 in urgent mode . but till now I haven't received it . It is really an emergency for me. University is doing a big crime to their students by not providing certificate. I have spend amount for urgent mode which is to given within 6months. But now it is 9 months and haven't received the certificate. I need my certificate immediately. University is saying that the machine is on complaint and they can't do anything. It's been 9 months. Why there are so irresponsible. Please send my original certificate as immediately as possible with proper seal and signature and also the refund of money for making these much delay.
