University Of Madras — Absent in the Result published on 25/1/2021 (Bcom)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am preethimol Gopi, writing on behalf of my sister Divyamol Gopi. She had completed her B.Com from Madras university through distance mode and written all the exams online mode. Her enrollment number is A17614UCM6053.
For the exam written on November 10th, 2020 (UCZH Practical Auditing), it is stated as absent. She had written the exam and received the message saying that the answer sheet is received at the university.
We do not know, how the result shows that she was "Absent". I have attached the results and evidence along with this letter. We tried to contact the university through e-mail and call many times and they are not picking up the call, also no response was received for the number of emails sent. Kindly note that she wants to join for higher studies and also for Job.
Please do the needful to correct the result as early as possible. We are trying to resolve this problem since March 2021.
