University Of Madras — Admission Payment Issue.

Hi am Charan.B,

I Applied for the M.Sc(IT) in Distance Education.I completed all the application details & uploaded all the documents and i payed Rs.16009.60 amount after payment the site has been colsed. But amount is debited form the account and i didn't recevied any confirmation Mail or Message abount payment and the application, So please help regarding this issue.

And i encolsed the screenshot image for before the payment OTP received from the Madras university and Amount debited from Account.

please do the needful.
