Just now I spoke to the number[protected] for enquiry about online registration for BBA. The person who attend the call was not answering properly. His answers and his questions was harsh. This is not a proper enquiry handling. It was so disappointed to me. I want a proper answer and immediate reply.

I have paid arrear fees for my friend and looks like he already paid it. The money has been paid twice. I need a refund sbcollect reference number DUD8870324 and DUD8869964

I registered in Madras University for the course BA Tamil via distance education.I paid ₹6789 while registering online. Unfortunately I retreat my plan.I need back my money.I tried to contact the university through telephone call.But they didn't pick my call.As, I am living in my Tirunelveli, I couldn't go directly to the university. Please, Help me to solve this issue.

Today I paid my arrear exam fees Rs 75 for one paper (and 125 additionally for mark statement + application processing) through online i.e., SBI Collect later that only portal was opened and it says 85 Rs for one paper so what can I do now? Do I need to pay again! Can I get My money back?!

The amount was deducted from my account and got message from bank also it shows transaction sucessful " when I clicked NEXT it showed me error in page" But not yet received any confirmation message or mail from university of Madras distance education Sofar .when I login again it shows me to pay the amount . We are done paymeny MBA distance education. Need to know what are the next procedure to collect book because we didn't receive any mail regaring MBA paymant got summitted successfully.

I had done the admission process on the distance education for university of madras . I have done the payment twice and still got the server failure . Due to change in my residential address my certificate has been not despatched to me and the same has been returned to madras university itself.

I paid the tuition fee for the university of madras BCOM distance education first year through online payment of Rs. 7822.24 on 31/10/2020. It showed transaction success screen and also amount debited from my account. But when i clicked next, it showed some error. Then i tried to log in again, it shows me to pay the amount again. But the amount was debited from my account. I don't know where the amount is gone.
I didn't receive any confirmation email or enrollment number from the university of madras so far.
