Dear director,

I have only received my mark sheets of i & final year for the mba hr degree. But i have not received the degree and provisional certificate. When i approached the mba section in university, i was asked to provide the challan of the fees paid in my i year which i am not having it with me. Without producing that, the admission department is not providing the course completion certificate against which i will be able get my degree & provisional certificate. Request your intervention and support to get my degree certificates at the earliest.

My enrollment number is a17101ucm7205. I paid tuition fees for 3rd year through net banking on 23rd september 2019for ₹2743.60. But the payment is not reflected in www.ideunom.ac.in. and no e-receipt for tuition fees was reflected.
I hereby request the university to confirm/update my payment. Or enclose the procedure to proceed further.

They provided lots of contact number but no one has give the response and most of the number is not in use. So many students will not able to come directly based on their distance and some other works to clarify their queries. Their ide server as down for the last four days, till now the server is not up. So that i am try their contact number. No use.

The student advisory board at the university of madras is taking all the students for a ride, for a medium of instruction certificate, wgafs actually required a completed application form with rs. 500 dd and degree provisional and degree certificate. But thr lady sitting there is mis leading by asking to submit college tc with medium of instruction then she says she will guide, this is false and a disgusting behaviour from here, kindly provide thr correct steps and correct contact details to obtain the certificate

On dec 2014 i had reappeared for the following subjects for that i had failed in first year of bcom

I made payment of my exam fee of last year for Jan 19 exam but it got debited twice, third time it gone successfully hence we asked University almost 50 times but we didn't receive proper response from them now it is almost 8, months gone, what kind of cheating is this really frustrated on your services, we are paying for services but you don't even treating us like in good manner. I cleared my 5 yr BA BL course from Dr. Amedkar Law college ( University of Madras) in 2001 and I have still not got my degree certificate, when we went and asked for the certificate the university mentioned my name was not to be found in the registwe. Hi,

I am vivek from chennai and doing my mba in madras university 2017 batch. I made my friend (M. Karthick) payment via online (Credit card) for the year 2018. But the transaction got cancelled so paid directly in counter and i am having that bill in hand. After three months i have received a bill for 8440 from madras university that the credit card payment was successful. For the same person m. Karthick the payment made twice. I need the refund for it. Please let me know any other steps to be followed in order to get my money back.

I'm Studying B.Sc Computer Science in Hindustan College of arts and science affliated to University of Madras.In 2nd Semester very good marks except English.I got only 7 marks in English.Then i applied for revaluation ..After revaluation i got 45 .
Today my 4th sem result came out.I got good marks in all my major subject except english.I got only 20 marks.It's very unfair.I can't pay Rs1000 very time.I think they are willingly failing me.This happened with my friend also who's studying in the same college, same course and with same subject(English).Plz do something, we're not asking for extra marks.just give us our hard earned marks.We have to answer to our parents.we can't say again and again that they(Madras University) failed us.My university roll number is[protected]
