[Resolved]  University Of Madras — certificate loss

I had completed my degree 2013 but i had didnt receive course completion certificate till now -28.07.2014.When i had gone they told that they had sent the cetificate on april 2nd but i had didnt received it .After asking them they are telling that old staff has send the certificate now they cant do any thing.They are making me to run from door to pillar for certificate .My admission also got cancelled for mba in calendar year due to non submission of certificate. Kindly do me need full.
