Respected Sir,

I, myself Lakshmi Venugopal residing at Kottayam, Kerala completed my BCOM GENERAL as distant course in December 2018.

Due to unknown reasons I have not received my degree certificate, course completion certificate or consolidated marksheets despite 2 years have passed since the last exam was done.

Kindly suggest me the procedures to receive my course completion certificate.
