University Of Madras — Exam fees paid.. Receipt not received

My enrollment number is C21105pcm6082 I paid fees for exam through my debit card using online payment link. But the payment is not reflected in www.ideunom.ac.in. and no e-receipt for exam fees was reflected. I hereby request the university to confirm/update my payment. Or enclose the procedure to proceed further.

The amount has been deducted from my card. But the last page after did not load and " this page cannot be displayed" was shown. Please help
