University Of Madras — haven't got the provisional certificate even after 2 years | |
Sir, I completed my mcom from madras university through the institute of distance education in the year june 2017. I haven't got my provisional certificate yet. My register no is a15330pcm6035. I am unable to apply for my set certicate nor to enter a job with my qualification. Nobody is answering the calls neither replying to the mails. I'm not getting any help from anyone. I have paid my friend fees on 23rd Oct 18 but due to network error chalk was not generated but fees has been deducted, 4968 rs my friends registration number A181011UCM6171 B.COM so I request you to refund my fees to the same account from which fees was deducted 1st time. Note second time fees was paid from another account.
