[Resolved]  University Of Madras — i have not received my provisional, convocation and degree certificates

I have completed my ba english degree from university of madras, institute of distance education in june 2019. But i have not received my provisional, convocation and degree certificates though i have got my marklists and course completion certificates. I couldn't take admission for further studies. I have been informed that ideunom faculties take almost 3 years to give all the certificates. What should i do? How can i join courses of other universities. Ideunom faculties are destroying my future. Please take necessary actions to dispatch not only mine but certificates of all the students early as possible. At least ask them to sent the provisional certificates.
