University Of Madras — made ug admission payment and got successful but still the website is showing me to pay the fee

This is gideon antony, on 24th of august i made my brother ug admission payment of rs. 7734... Got successful and the actual amount was debited from my account, no receipt of proof given to us about the payment, later again we logged in and it is asking us to pay the fees... Don't know what is going on.. Pls consider this asap and give us a solution for this... Finding many are facing the same issue.. Pls address it soon.
