University Of Madras — no receipt for payment for diploma in taxation course

I have paid the fees today i. E. On 23.08.2020 for distance education in the course 'diploma in taxation". My bank account has even debited an amount equal to 6, 259.60. But when i log into the website it is asking me to make a payment again.. Kindly check up... And i request the finance department to identify my transaction asap.
