[Resolved]  University Of Madras — Online payment Did not received Receipt ,Money debited from account

I am from Vellore and i have paid Rs.1523.60 through online payment mode debit card for B.com Third Year fees. The page loaded and stopped at "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED".

I tried to download the receipt, however it is showing payment not done yet but my money got deducted.

Please advise help further to sortout.
