University Of Madras — refund for arrear fee

Hi,
I made a payment for my friends arrear fee examination on 03/03/18 with sbcollect reference number "du85796049" which was the transaction failed during the time of my payment but later it was found to be successfull which i didnt notice and made an alternative payment. So i am waiting for my money to be refunded.
