Sir, I am studying at IAMS Palayam, Trivandrum, In this institute they told about distant education and gave admission.But they doing regular class, so i manage to come class as possible, but i have met with an accident and my knee dislocated due to this i missed so many classes and not able to attend the class.Today i went to Institute to receive my exam hall ticket, they are not giving the hall ticket and Said to pay 2000 Rs, as fine. so sir i don't know what is meant by distant education, and they where harassing me.
