University Of Madras — university of madras exam fee paid through net banking but challan/receipt not generated

Dear sir / madam,

This is eskalin therasa jency. D (Enrl no. C19101uen6085) from chennai.

I paid second year fee through online transfer rs.4520/- dt.28.02.2020)
After the successful transaction, fee receipt/challan was not generated on the university website (www.ideunom.ac.in).
Hence i request you to confirm/update my payment in the university website or please refund my money

My name is M.S.Sharan studying in Madras University (Distance Education) Yesterday (24.02.2020) I paid the fees through IOB Debit card, the amount was debited from the account but there was non-payment of fees for the course. Kindly help to credit the amount as soon as possible, because the last day for payment is 29.02.2020
