University — Semester exams regarding

Since the world is suffering from a invisible virus corona.All the universities in Tamilnadu are planing to conduct semester exams for all the students.We all know that tamilnadu is the second worst hit states among all the states and among tamilnadu district Chennai is the red hot spot in Tamil Nadu, everyday Chennai is facing the highest peak in infection spread.the universities in tamilnadu are not keeping concern on students.Every universities in tamilnadu are shut since March 16 2020.Without completing the portions they are planning to conduct semester exams, they are not following the ugc guidelines.only 2 and hal[censored]nits were completed as of March 16 2020.But they have conducted online classes in the month of April 2020 but it was not useful since huge number of the students in tamilnadu are coming form rural areas they don't even have net or computer facilities.Since this is an unprecedented situation I want all the students to be promoted based on their internal assessment and previous semester marks respectively.I hopefully beleive that ugc will take a decision which will be more favorable for students in india.
