As per you know…
Gandhi Vidya Mandir signifies an educational establishment that sows the seed of humanism into each human being. If I were to elaborate, Gandhi Vidya would augment a lifestyle that is useful and benign to all, a life style which could unite human society, despite diversity of views, environments and aptitude, by an abiding bond of love and that should as well, be able to prevent the degeneration of human society by providing equitable education of the highest quality in different streams of knowledge. It would foster rural upliftment, character building, creation of an addiction free society, self purification awareness for health and hygiene, think no ill - do no ill. To any one and extend a helping hand in fulfilling the basic needs of society.
This was thinking of the founder GVM Shri Kanhaiya lal Dugger (Swami Shri Ram Sharan Ji)
In present management committee has started a deemed university vision with—
THE EDUCATION IMPARTED AT IASE DEEMED UNIVERSITY COVERS FOUR CRITICAL FACETS OF HUMAN PERSONALITY WITH THE OBJECTIVE TO MAXIMISE DEVELOPMENT, KNOWLEDGE, EMOTION, CONDUCT AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT.
In the IASE University present situation is opposite the vision of founder it seems that it has become the den of selfish employee who get salary from the university and harass the students. IASE University staff start their work after 11’o clock and wait for lunch and start to deliver the documents of students after 4-30 PM and within this time other staff o[censored]niversity close their work. If there is any mistake in the documents or shorts of any documents, the staff of IASE University says to students come tomorrow after 11’o clock. It is ironical that for some work students have to stay there more than one day. It s only lackadaisical attitude of the university staff who come for earn money and not dedicated to their work as a result they harass the students.
Yesterday, when IASE University staff stopped the work at 5.30 PM. I went to complaint regarding this Vice Chancellor M L Bhatt his PA ordered to me that there is not allowed to anybody to meet honorable VC ML Bhatt. When I insist to meet him VC PA threatened to me if you meet VC without my permission I will push you down. I thought in mind that this is a university or den of GOONDA who threat to me Kill. Any how in this commotion all the staff o[censored]niversity gathered at the door of VC M L Bhatt. Immediately VC ML Bhatt rushed outside of his office and started abusing to me loudly Go Out! GO Out!
I came out and thought the dream of founder of this Gandhi Vidya Mandir. Today it seems that IASE University has been fell in to the hand of arrogant and haughty employee of IASE University and their behavior is contrary to think no ill - do no ill. To any one and extend a helping hand in fulfilling the basic needs of society.
I REQUEST TO THE MANAGEMNT OF THE GANDHI VIDYA MSANDIR AND IASE UNIVERSITY PLEASE CREATE THE ATMOSPHERE OF PEACE HARMONY AND LOVE IN THE COMPARTMENT OF GANDHI VIDIYA MANDIR. Arrogant, selfish and haughty employee of IASE deemed university must be sacked from services.
