[Resolved]  University18 Business School — Re-appearing for Exams for Degree

Hello!

This is Bharat Chugani from Mumbai. I had enrolled of Executive MBA program which was being facilitated by University18 Business School, Gurgaon that is affiliated with Karnataka State Open University in the year 2010. My enrolment number is 1022EMB0079.

I finished my course in October 2012 (including Project and VIVA) and even received the results for all subjects I had appeared for. I kept enquiring from UBS regarding my mark-sheets; however, the only answer I got from them was “We’ll let you know once we receive from KSOU”.

In October 2013 I received a call from one of their representative (Mumtaz Begum) saying “Due to lot of changes happening at KSOU and staff changing, there has been some problem with the mark-sheets and I would have to re-appear from the exams one again”. Honestly, this came as a shocker. In fact, news like this would come as a shocker to anyone. At the end of this email, I have pasted the email that I I received from them asking me to reappear for the exams along with the marks that I have scored in respective subjects.

Sir, honestly, if you see this problem from a view of a working professional, it’s very difficult to re-appear from the exams as a lot of time is required for preparations and the whole schedule and plans goes for a toss.
What I fail to understand is that when KSOU and UBS have all the marks for the subject appeared, then why a working professional has to re-appear for the exams.
