Unnoonny Motors — Engine vibrations

My royal enfield classic 350 is not at good condition i have buy the bike one week before still now the vehicle have heavy engine vibration and discomfort rather than other 350 classic bike in these series and the service provide by the enfield dealers in KOLLAM ie UNNOONNY MOTORSproviding poor service, they are not good for service and anything and yet iam in tension whether to register the bike so as part of my concern please resolve it
