I AM TRAVELLING ON DURONTO, TRAIN NO 22210 FROM NEW DELHI TO MMCT, MY COACH IS B4 & I AM HAVING SEAT NO 45, MY NAME IS VIKAS & I LIKE TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TOWARDS THE COACH ATTENDANT Mr pradeep,
He is a very arrogant man,
° 1- he didn't give napkins to any Co passager traveling with me, & when we raised the point, he said u have to asked for it first, then we said we even didn't asked for bed rolls then why did u gave it to us & he started arguing continuously in a rough manner
°2- on the very second day he started picking up the bedrolls in the morning by 11am, without prior permission.
°3- when we asked for our bedrolls after 4-5 times he just ran, took the
Used bedsheet of another Co passager & throwed to my face, with his panzy attitude.
°4 - after requesting for a complaint book 4-5 times later he comes with attendant group & asking me what's the problem while chewing tambacoo he is also carrying lighter and some illegal stuff that isn't allowed in a public train.
°5 - I haven't received any complaint book yet. ( Main problem)
