Up Bed University Of Lucknow — money deducted twice for single registration.

I pooja gupta participated in up bed counseling 2018 conducted by lucknow university. On 16 jun 2018 i registered for up bed counseling. First i made payment by internet banking which was not successful due to network issue but my money got deducted. Then i made payment by using debit card which was successful.
But now when i contacted with bank and they said that previous transaction was also successful.
Hence my money got deducted twice for same registration.
