Up Board Allahabad — to get the certificate of 10th 2014.

Respected sir, my name is Aniya Kaneez.i have passed out 10th (up board 2014) from Saket Public High School Kh. Nagar Lucknow.there was a problem in my result..it was showing "U" in the results.after facing a lot of problems and giving money to school they cleared my marksheet.but i could not get my certificate till now.school is not helping me anymore.they are saying it's not my job.and asking more money to issue new certificate.sir please help me. my roll no. is 1427322 in exams.i need my certificate.because of this i could not getting admission in anywhere.
