Up Board Allahabad — Xth and XIIth certificate father and mother name different

Dear Sir, I have passed X and XII from UP board in 2003 and 2005. Name of my father and mother is different from Xth certificate. If my candidature is selected for Govt. job, can my candidature be cancelled due to the above certificate mistake. What is the process to get it correct or what should we do so that my candidature for the govt. job not cancelled and I can get job. Please suggest.
