Up Board — name and father name showing error

Dear sir/madam,

I passed my 12th examination in year 2012 from amar nath inter collage kanso ballia. When result got dealered there is a error in my name and my father name which i complaint in the school and after 3 month later it had been correct from the allahabad board and i take the new marksheet... Now it has been creating problem for document verification on your online portal same my name and my father name is showing wrong.

My name is:- nitin sagar
Father name is:- hariom

Kindly do the all above errors, correct on the online portal and do the needful asap
