Up Board — name correction in 10th mark sheet

Hi,

My mother passed her 10th examination long ago. She changed her name after marriage and has all the ID's issued in the new name after that. Now, she wants to apply for her passport but is unable to do so because of the mismatch in her name between the mark sheet and the IDs. She can't change her name on the ID's as it will create a lot of confusion because everything is issued in the new name. I am writing the details below regarding her 10th certificate and her new name and ID's.

Details of her 10th marksheet:
Roll number- 0208635
Student name- KM. VEERVALA DEVI
School/Centre Name- YNHSS MADKAWLI BADAUN (NOW SAMBHAL)
Date of Birth- 15.03.1970
Year of Passing- 1984

Her new name as used in her ID's is " BEERBALA YADAV".
