Up Board — physics-2 marks are not showing & w-inc is showing in result

I VIPIN CHAUHAN want to say that, I have passed Class -12 (intermediate) in 2018. But My Physics -2 marks are not showing in my mark sheet. Kindly take a suitable action to complete my mark sheet to take further admission in degree college. Please bless me to protect my future.
