Up Board — Regarding high school marksheet

Sir,
I had appeared in high school exam from up board in 2016. When result was out, i saw my result showing "w-pass". Marks were given in every subject and every thing was good in the marksheet except w-pass written there. After few months i was unable to get my original marksheet and when i went to my school they are saying that you have not passed exam. Therefore you will have to take admission in 9th again. I am unable to understand meaning of "w-pass".
Please provide solution so that i could get my original marksheet for taking admission in intermediate class.
