UP Jal Nigam — Govt. Hand pump repairing

Sir, My name is Akhilesh Kumar Gupta. I live in dada nagar, kanpur uttar pradesh. There is a hand pump which is unrepaired (kharab hand pump). Now hand pump supplying bad water (with sand and yellowish).for which there is a big problem for drinking water. I requested you to repair hand pump as soon as possible.As a result of which we do not have to go far to draw water.

Related to public handpump in PO and Vill Hardua, Karchana, Prayagraj, UP. Various online complaints have been made on IGRS regarding encroachment on public handpump by a very powerful family of the village by fitting submersible pump. Investigation by local authority confirms the encroachment, but no action so far. Request to remove encroachment and be kept open for public use. Regards
