Respected Sir, Lekhpal Umakant Tiwari is biased with justice. He is lekhpal in semarpaha village (Pincode - 229206) in district Raebareli. He's fixing up with a powerful person and distorts facts. He was also about to be transferred but taking advantage of his reach, he stopped his transfer too. His hometown is Fatehpur and his posting is very close to this place. So he is taking advantage of his reach. He is taking a lot of time even for the simple things and is always waiting for the money. Sir, In simple words I am saying that if he will stay here then he is going to do a lot of deceptive work here. So please just get me rid of this lekhpal. Umakant Tiwari is most corrupt Lekhpal in tehsil Lalganj . He always asked for money. Umakant Tiwari is not loyal to his work. He is the biggest liar.

This lekhpal Umakant tiwari is so much corrupted person. This lekhpal does not give rights to the people at all. Wherever he takes bribe, he makes the right decision there only. This person is a blot on the country. He listen only the people who gave them so much money...& He takes money & do injustice & take wrong decision.
He is not eating food, he is eating money only in semarpaha Lalganj.
Transfer of this lekhpal is so much necessary from semarpaha Lalganj...
He makes fool to helpless person & do injustice with them.
So much corrupted, so much corrupted & so much cheapest person...

Very corrupted...This lekhpal umakant tiwari is not a good person at all because he makes wrong reports of helpless people's problems & show to SDM & reports are not legal & due to this, people are not able to get better justice. Due to this, the village semarpaha have stressful environment . Umakant Tiwari asks for money in the name of festival.Its decisions are one sided. Even after getting orders from SDM, he does not do his work. Due to this, decisions are also delayed. He does not follow the decision of SDM at all & give to trouble to people who want justice from SDM because he show the wrong reports in SDM & DM offices.

Bade Bhai, Ho sakta hai apko ye lekhpal dhamki bhi de to bhi piche mat hatna. Ye ghatiya log hamare dar ka fayada uthate hain. Mere bhai ham bhi bhut peedit hai. aap apna dhyan rakhen ye apka nuksan hi karega bhai. kya karoge bhai jab yese logon ko sarkari job mil jati hai to ye seedhe sadhe logon ki nak me dam krke rakhte hai.

Yeah, We can feel this kind of injustice with you Bhai, Hamare sath bhi yesa hi hua lekhpal ne pareshan kiya hua tha paise bhi mang rha tha lekin hamne to DM sahab se complaint kr di thi, Aur lekhpal ka game baja dala tha. . Paise liye honge is bande ne dusari party se. Ground level pr inko hi bheja jata hai kisi bhi janch ke liye tabhi to yese log seedhe logon ko dabate hain.
