Hello Sir,

A lekhpal named "Guljar Singh" posted area near Kapsethi, Karwi Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh.
He is so much corrupt, when we ask for the location and exact dimension about our plot. He was asking huge bribe. How long this corruption go on in UP. Can we live without corruption and peacefully in this 21st century.

Sar main gram bhiskuri post maida district allahabad se hu. Sar shikayat yah hai ki jo Ola vrishti se jo fasal ka nuskan hua tha uska maja nahin mila Iakhpaal hamare yahan aaya aur Paisa Manga.. Paisa Na Dene par koi documents nahin le Gaya aurfasal ka nirikshan bhi nahin kiya. Ham chahte Hain uske khilaf sakht se sakht karyvahi ho.

Dear sir our lekhpal jagdish tehsil bindiki, majra chandpur. Will not fullfiling his duty and taking bribe (Money) from poor farmers. He is totally corrupt i request pls take action to him. Because all the farmers are totally fedup off his such cheap activities. I request to take sich action against him. He will not prepared farmers documents like aaye. And not sgning the important documents for signing it he will take money from farmers.

Sir my name is deepak kumar. I have applied for caste and income certificate. And i need it. My application pending at lekhpal for 19 days. Lekhpal name is rakesh kumar. No response from lekhpal. I have called him for forward my application but he is talking as if he does not need to do anything and rudely. He said that he will not do. My village name rampur madhya, post-bhaisakhoot, block-haisar bazar, tehsil-dhanghata, district - sant kabir nagar

Mera nam bani singh h or me gukharauli ka rahne vala hu, mera block sadabad h. Mera ek jameen h jis pr mere padosi ne abedh kabja kiya usi doran mene lekhpal ko call kiya or vo aya or usne bola ki m apki jameen bapas dilaunga. Or pese magne lga or mene de bi diye. Uske bad aaj kal krta rha, finally aaj (23/10/19) bola ki padosi ki baundy wall lgi huyi thode hi todenge, jitna bacha h apke pass usi m khush rhi. Ek bat btao garib aadmi ka to jeena hi bekar h pasasan hi jb esa h to kya kere.

I am struggling for khatauni for last one month. Most of the time these lekhpal are on strike or they do not do their job. I have to spend 50, 000/- for 15 rs. Khatauni. I need to construct house, loan approved however they need khatauni, and everything stops due to khatauni.

I suggest to terminate all these lekhpal in up and hire just 20% of engineers/graduate, and they will make last 70 years data (Khatauni, registry etc.) online. I am fed up and getting too much frustrated by these worst lekhpal in up. Can anyone help me to get khautani anyways. Lekhpal are not reliable. They become lakhpati by looting people, not sure how long this continue. I think, up lekhpal are most corrupted in the country because of them common people are suffering a lot. Why govt is not planning to make everything online, so people get needed documents easily.

I am living in ratanpur. Post - jasratpur. Tehsil - bilsi. Dist - badaun. But lekhpal tehsil bilsi mr durgesh kumar mare village ka lekh hai. On dt 02/08/2019 ko apply for daughter domicile from bilsi trhsil. But mr durgesh lekhpal cansil ed of daughter on line certificate so i have losses of daughter deled addmission so i have losses of 50000/- and physically mind so i want the dismiss of mr durgesh on his job.

I am anshuman singh belong to village & post-maholi, dist-faizabad (Ayodhya).
I had applied for relation certificate with the help of family details copy (Pariwar ragister nakal). There was no details of mrs sudha & sarita singh in any details. But when i got certificate there was mentioned these name.
When i discussed with lekhpal he told me that he knows everything about your family. It is correct certificate.

Dear sir,

I need to get made my income certificates . Lekhpal canceled the application without any reason then i applied again. Next time he ask for bribe. He wanted 2000 rupees for approving it. My mother is vido . And my mother used the yojan vidhwa pension scheme. I was in so need and he take the benefit.

So kindly you are requested to takes the needful action against such corrupt person. So that any other needful person not be cheat by him, not be rubbed.

I pawan kumar dubey resident of belauna kala pergana, barsathi, mariyahu, jaunpur, u. P. This complaint is about the land (274/0.445) which is situated in belauna kala, pargana, mariyahu, jaunpur, u. P. This land is owned by 3 people and i own 1/4 part of this land i wanted a partition of this land and i requested lekhpal of my area mr. Durjan ram for the same but it did nothing in that regard, then i filed a complaint in the district court and court also asked the authority to do the same but he didn't comply with the order of the court dated 21/12/2017. Kindly do the needful.

With due respect i would like to inform you that the plot no. 56, krishna vihar colony, sector 1, nagla rambal, tehsil etmadpur, district agra, area 200 sq yards, khasra no 1955 is purchased and registered in name of my mother - smt. Rajkumari gupta in the year 1992. Earlier we used to live in firozabad during which my mother purchased this land. Now we live in hyderabad since 2009 due to which we couldn’t look after our this vacant land. But now we got to know that unfortunately someone has illegally constructed boundary around our plot. The issue was shared by my brother ashish gupta to sdm at etmadpur tehsil who after reviewing our original land documents, directed sho/so for getting our land vacated and also ordered to take stringent action against the culprits with immediate effect. As per the process, sho/so directed the proceeding to lekhpal at police chowki thana etmad daula to do the needful. But when we reached to lekhpal, he asked us to meet some third person first with this matter and also that he wouldn’t help us unless we go to that third person. When we went to that third person, he asked us for 3 lakh rupees to settle the matter. Please find attached the complaint slip which we filed at etmadpur tehsil. Also please find below the detailed description of plot and owner details.

Please, i do request you to take action on this matter, so that my mother can get justice and retain her land position.

I am from kakori, district lucknow and trying to contact my area lekhpal. My father passed away on 17th feb., 2017. Since then i am trying to contact him to get virasat change to my & my family name. I manage to meet him once after almost a month of follow up. He took all documents of my father death certificate, etc. And ask me to call him later. I also requested him to provide me latest copies khasra nos. Which he told me ok. It has happend more than 2 months and he is promising me to meet now & then but not meeting.
I, therefore like to know where to get this job done if lekhpal is not responding.

Appreciate if get solution of how to get my job done asap.

I made my payment for UP lekhpal on this site : https://uplr.digialm.com/EForms/html/form2536/index.html 21 July 2015 at 6.41 PM, through MOPS ICICI Bank Debit card And Fees 311.40 (300Rs + other charges ) deduct from account successfully but now we trying to submit my form after 24 hrs Login User name (Transaction Id) and Password (DOB) as per as mentioned on slip, displaying ""Invalid credential" error, Save problem facing many other students .
