Up Scholarship — Aadhar OTP not received

Dear sir I Tarannum Khan my scholarship reg no is [protected].
I not received Aadhar OTP till to date I already complaint I mY district office but they are not given proper response. So please help me . My earlier Aadhar name is TARNNUM KHAN but my new and correct name is TARANNUM KHAN . I was trying a long period of time. So please clear my issue. Send me my Aadhar OTP.
