Up Scholarship — Didn't get my scholarship

My name is Saumya Singh student of ALLAHABAD UNIVERSITY B voc llsem food processing and technology. My region/no-[protected].I didn't get my scholarship though my all documents are verified step by step.It maybe because I switched my phone number.
