Up Scholarship — Fee Reimbursement Amount Not Disbursed Due To Unavailability Of Fund

I am the B.ed 2nd year student of JAMUNA RAM M V CHITBADA GOAN, Ballia.
My Registration number for year 2019-20 is [protected].
I have received Scholarship Amount Disbursed Rs.6360 but Fee reimbursement amount not disbursed by Uttar Pradesh government due to unavailability of fund.
I have also not received my 2018-19 Fee reimbursement amount.
Kindly tell me how to proceed further to reimburse these amounts when there will be availability of funds.
