Up Scholership website is not working. how i fill my form now. Last date to submit the form is 25 oct ..and still the web is not working...

I try to update/correction in "Educational Detail" since last three days But it shows "Some Error Occurred" Msg again and again.

It seems that there is some technical problem in "Educational Details Updating" Page. Please fix the problem ASAP, so that i and other can update the details on time.
