Up Scholarship — I'm complaining about my scholarship which is not coming from last 2 years

I am Shreya Gupta student of B.Tech. 2nd year in the college of SCRIET, CCS University Meerut. My scholarship form was verified but the amount is not credit till now.Approx all my batchmates scholarship amount was credit to their accounts please look out the matter and try to resolve it. Sir my last year amount is also not credit in previous year, Sir my financial condition is very bad even I am paying my college fees through loan. I had taken addmisson in the college in the promises of scholarship and I did not get any, that's why my parents decide to stop my study as they can't afford more, but sir I wanna to continue.Please sir resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will not able to taken addmission for the next semester.
