Up Scholarship — in my scholarship status shows scrutiny result suspect while information is correct

Dear sir/mam
I m vishal baliyan doing bed from ccs university. I filled scholarship form and provide correct information. Now in status it shows scrunity result suspect that up board roll not did not match with up database while i was doing 10 class from cbse and provide accurate roll no with marksheet photocopy and there is no place for correction. Bt it shows suspect. Please sir help me
