Up Scholarship — not refund of my scholarship and fee too

Respected sir, i am aprajita srivastava student of d. Ed. S. E. (V. I.), crc lucknow, complaining about that i didn't get my scholarship till now. My whole class ' scholarship has come only mine not. I registered for up scholarship[protected] my scholarship registration no. Is [protected]. So please check where the problem is. I shall be highly obliged for this.
