Up Scholarship — On PFMS account scholarship is shown yet not credited in to my account , status shown is under processing (bank cbs)

Dear sir/madam
i am student of final mechanical engineering from Aligarh muslim university . i am a beneficiary o[censored]P scholarship. i applied for the same . PFMS account shows the amount with the status that under processing (bank cbs) yet the amount not credited in to my account.

so i request you please resolve this issue. i am highly obliged to you for this.
