Up Scholarship — Pending at district scholarship committee

I am a citizen o[censored]ttar Pradesh and I applied for UP Post matric scholarship (renewal) my registration number is [protected].
Date of birth - 10/09/2002
The status of my form show pending at district scholarship committee because UP board /ICSE board High school roll number not match with UP board database board type other than UP board enrollment number roll number mark not match with University uploaded data.
Sir I have qualified High school from CBSE board I also have submitted application regarding the same on 17 January with application form for status High school marksheet as attachment but still the form has not been approved from scholarship sir please review my form and accept it for scholarship.
