Up Scholarship Portal — course not shown in the website and officials not picking up the call.

I am a student of ihm gwalior, and resident of kanpur nagar, i started my college in the year 2019 and was trying to apply for up scholarship when i was registering for scholarship it was showing my college but when i made a login to complete the remaining details, then i found that on the course selection option my course was not present as an option. So i tried to call officials regarding this and tried to call for two days continuously and as a regret no one picked the call.

Please help me out with this issue.
